Frogmore Paper Mill & Visitor Centre Facilities
The Frogmore Forum
Arranged with theatre style seating, the Frogmore Forum can comfortably hold up to 120 delegates. This large spacious room is well lit and has underfloor heating. As a presentation room there is a range of facilities which can be remotely controlled by a single presenter from the lectern at the front of the room. Standard equipment comprises:
Hires of the Forum are fully inclusive of the equipment it contains – there is no extra charge for the use of the presentation facilities.
Apsley Mills Cottage Facilities
A range of portable equipment including Laptop computer, LCD projector, Overhead projector, VHS Video and Flipchart easel can be hired for use in these rooms. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with wired (RJ45) and wireless (802.11b) network connections for internet access.
The Conference Room
Arranged with theatre style seating, the Conference Room can comfortably hold up to 60 delegates. This naturally well lit room is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with opaque vertical blinds for light control. As a presentation room there is an impressive range of facilities all of which can be remotely controlled by a single presenter from the lectern at the front of the room. Standard equipment comprises:
In either Boardroom or Classroom layouts the Conference Room will comfortably seat 30.
Hires of the Conference room are fully inclusive of the equipment it contains – there is no extra charge for the use of the presentation facilities.
Digital Training Facility
The Conference Room can also be operated as a Digital Training room complete with 14 fully networked workstations each comprising:
A modest daily rate of £15 per workstation over and above the room hire cost is charged for the use of the Conference Room as a digital suite.

The Tudor Room
The Tudor Room is one of The Paper Trail’s many historic features. The north wing of Apsley Cottage dates back to the 16th century when a flour mill stood on the site.
The present room, previously known as the “Service Room”, had long been in use for Board meetings and other gatherings but at the time of the addition of the East and South wings in 1933 was reconstructed in 16th century style as “a beautiful room where the House of Dickinson could entertain important visitors to Apsley – especially those from overseas”.
Used ever since as the John Dickinson Stationery Company’s Board Room, it retains the furnishings installed by Miss Hay upon its reconstruction, an open fireplace and views of the private Cottage garden. The boardroom table will comfortably seat 12 and the room can accommodate up to 16 delegates.
